We are a group of around 40 researchers with a shared focus on the customer. Our research has its foundation in the marketing discipline and embraces five principal and inter-linked themes:

Whilst we adopt a number of different perspectives, methodologies and paradigms in our research, customers are at the heart of our scholarly efforts. Our research is of a high standing. We publish in the leading academic journals in our field of study and attract funding to support our research programmes.
