Welcome to the CMLG

I have been responsible for the direction of the Customer Management Leadership Group since its inception in 2002. It is a privilege to have responsibility for ensuring the success of a group made up predominantly of blue-chip companies, all of whom are dedicated to leadership in customer management.

One of the many challenges I face is the identification of common themes for both knowledge transfer facilitation and research. The “non-competing” rule for membership, whilst representing a constraint in numbers, is nonetheless a guarantee of openness within the group, thus contributing to its success. If your company would like to be considered for membership of this success-oriented group, we would love to hear from you. Membership is restricted to 6 to 8 organisations in any membership year, thereby ensuring ease of participation, involvement and learning.
